The next few sessions cover the vital question of – “why ethics / ethical behavior is essential ?” The emphasis here is on convincing individuals to behave ethically. Since for human beings self-interest is a very strong motivator an effort has been made to logically prove that ethical behavior is in one’s own self-interest ! In this immediately following session a very practical hard-nosed economic model is presented to show that finding jobs pursuing rewarding career paths with greater economic gains etc are very clearly linked with ethical behviour.
